The police arrived just as Whiskers was slipping back into the shadows. They found the thieves tied up in the bakery and the Shadow Master arrested in the warehouse. Mrs. Baker was so grateful for Whiskers' help that she promised to make him a special batch of tuna treats every week.

As for Whiskers, he didn’t stay for the applause. His job was done, and there were always more adventures waiting for him in the shadows. With a flick of his tail, Whiskers disappeared into the night, ready for his next mission.
